Melissa R. Patrick, J.D., AWI-CH
Melissa R. Patrick is an attorney and independent workplace investigator who conducts neutral third-party investigations of workplace complaints. She holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a certificate from the Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI) Training Institute. In addition to her experience handling workplace investigations, Melissa brings years of experience working in a wide range of organizations, including the US government, a highly regulated utility with a union workforce, technology start-ups and non-profits. She also has deep experience navigating complex and sensitive situations, organizations, and cultures.
Melissa’s background enables her to quickly get up to speed, document what occurred with concise factual findings and, where necessary, provide employers with the information needed to take remedial action.
